1. General Provisions
This section constitutes a public agreement between a private individual acting under the nickname @profarm_help (hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor”) and any person making a payment (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). Payment by the Customer implies full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this agreement.

2. Subject of Services
The Contractor provides access to digital goods and/or services, including but not limited to: — electronic files, keys, licenses, access, accounts, instructions, consultations, etc.

3. Terms of payment and provision
Payment is made in cryptocurrency through an automated payment acceptance system (e.g., ZeroCryptoPay).

After payment, the Customer is automatically granted access to the goods or services.

All transactions are recorded in the system and are considered confirmation of the provision of services or transfer of goods.

4. Replacement rules
Digital goods can only be replaced in the event of a technical malfunction confirmed by logs or screenshots.

A replacement request must be sent within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

No refunds are provided, except in cases where the goods were not provided for technical reasons.

5. Return policy
Refunds are only available if the goods or services cannot be provided.

No refunds will be given if the goods have been received and are functioning correctly.

All requests are considered individually, subject to evidence.

6. Legal status
